2006 Best of Show

Bejeweled bras decorated with dazzling colors, fabrics and textures will be the entries for the 7th Annual Bust of Steamboat.  It’s a fun and whimsical fundraiser for a serious subject – breast cancer.  The bras will be on display for the month of October at local banks and then auctioned to the highest bidder at a reception and live auction on Friday, October 24th, 2008, 5-8pm at Three Peaks Grill.
 
In addition to 20 beautiful bras, there will be a 2009 Steamboat Ski Corp season ski pass for auction, live jazz music, delectable hors d’ oeuvres and fantastic wine.  Be sure to bring extra $1 bills to place your vote for “Bust of Show”.  The “Bust of Show” is awarded to the designer whose bra receives the most votes by the end of the evening.
 
All the money raised stays in Routt and Moffat Counties to help uninsured and underinsured women to pay for mammograms, annual wellness exams and assist in breast cancer treatment costs.  Advance tickets sales locations will be annouced closer to the event.  For more information call 970-846-4554.
