October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
In their 20th year of raising money for local women, The Bust of Steamboat is taking the cause to the streets to spread awareness and raise funds on a community-wide basis. Individuals and businesses can Paint the Town PINK by hosting their own events and fundraisers all month long.
We’re asking the community to show the same strength, courage and SUPPORT that breast cancer survivors show every day of their fight. Help us show the entire community your support by Painting the Town Pink for October 2020!
It represents a worldwide community dedicated to supporting those affected by breast cancer.
Due to improved technology, more women are being diagnosed than ever before.
Because of this early detection,
more are surviving!
Monthly self-exams = early detection. Annual mammograms = saved lives! Write a check to help your neighbors who are battling breast cancer.

The Yampa Valley Breast Cancer Awareness Project (YVCAP) was established in 2000 for women of Routt and Moffat counties to prevent or treat breast cancer, which means all the money raised stays in the community.
We are a program of Northwest Colorado Aid and Support, a Colorado nonprofit since 1984 and 501(c)3
